Step 2: How to make your desire very attractive?

Step 4 : How to fill yourself with the energy to get what you want?

Step 5 : How to remove obstacles in your path to get what you want?

Final Step

So you want to loose weight. So you want to make more money. Do these goals make you jump? Do these goals give you strength to do anything? I don’t think so. Loosing weight sound very torturing. Making more money sounds boring.

Making your goals exciting will give you plenty of energy and motivation to take steps to achieve it. So how to make your goals exciting?

Ask Why?

Keep asking why you want to achieve your goal until you reach an exciting answer.

Ask why you want to make more money. To have a dream car? To have a dream house? Does having a dream car or dream house sound more exciting than making more money? Then ask more why. Why have a dream car or a dream house? To show off your car or house to your enemy at work? To live in better comfort?

Keep asking why until you reach an exciting answer. Use that answer as a goal statement instead.

Make a mountain out of a molehill

Everyone value something in life. Some people are religious. Some people care a lot for their family. Many of us wanted to be a hero in life. Why not connect what you want with what you value in life?

For example you want to make more money. Think about the churches, temples and mosque you can build if you are rich. Think about how much better your loved ones will live if you are rich. Think about how you can help the poor and needy when you are rich.

If you are trying to loose weight, think about how much more fun you will have when you are at your ideal weight. Think about how many other plump people you can help when you reach your goal. Think about all the money you can save or earn if you are at your ideal weight.

Connect your goals to your values.
